Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analytics team in current and ongoing operational initiatives driven by the operational and project teams.
  • Evaluate, enhance, and update operational productivity, profitability, and cost models to ensure that operational objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with operational teams, compliance, and finance to maximize performance.
  • Partner with the commercial team to ensure the highest possible service standards are met.
  • Guarantee that operational data is complete and accurate prior to invoicing deadlines.
  • Implement controls across the operational team to establish a consistent Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Best Operating Procedure (BOP).
