Continuous Improvement Manager

Permanent Futures seeks a skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to drive process excellence and lean manufacturing across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the deployment of lean principles and practices to improve efficiency and productivity
  2. Facilitate improvement events and workshops to engage cross-functional teams and drive active participation
  3. Develop and implement visual management systems to enhance transparency and accountability
  4. Collaborate with sourcing and supply chain functions to develop a lean supply base and optimize procurement processes
  5. Design and implement continuous flow lines with supporting management operating systems and organizational structures
Requirements
  1. Educated to degree level or with equivalent workplace experience/qualification
  2. Black-belt equivalent formal training in Lean Manufacturing (TPS) and leading improvement events/kaizen
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to teach others effectively
  4. Proven presentation skills, including use of Microsoft Office tools
  5. Ability to engage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex projects successfully
