Permanent Futures seeks a skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to drive process excellence and lean manufacturing across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the deployment of lean principles and practices to improve efficiency and productivity
- Facilitate improvement events and workshops to engage cross-functional teams and drive active participation
- Develop and implement visual management systems to enhance transparency and accountability
- Collaborate with sourcing and supply chain functions to develop a lean supply base and optimize procurement processes
- Design and implement continuous flow lines with supporting management operating systems and organizational structures
- Educated to degree level or with equivalent workplace experience/qualification
- Black-belt equivalent formal training in Lean Manufacturing (TPS) and leading improvement events/kaizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to teach others effectively
- Proven presentation skills, including use of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to engage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex projects successfully
