We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team at Futures. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement strategies throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  2. Review and approve raw materials based on certification, purchase order, and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with customers to resolve process and specification issues before order confirmation.
  4. Develop and maintain manufacturing routes for both quotation and production purposes.
  5. Assess contracts to determine manufacturing capability and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Support product and process development, as well as customer orders.
  7. Implement cost reduction plans by increasing process capability and efficiency.
  8. Monitor sample and development products to ensure quality and consistency.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in manufacturing with a focus on lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  2. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
