Job Opportunity: Senior Care Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of care staff to ensure they are adhering to CQC guidelines and providing exceptional levels of care to residents.
- Promote and deliver high standards of care, supervising staff and instructing less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided.
- Previous experience working within an elderly care setting is essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure and be flexible to meet the needs of the Home.
- Previous supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting and experience of working with the elderly is highly desirable.
What We Offer:
- An excellent salary of £14.05 per hour, with an annual salary of £24,109.
- A permanent full-time role for 33 hours a week working through night shifts.
