Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Montrose Hall in Wigan. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

About the Role: As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee shifts, manage staff assignments, conduct medication procedures, conduct care assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager to promote a culture of success within our care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to resident-centered care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Conduct regular care assessments to monitor resident progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage staff assignments and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet resident needs
