We are establishing a collaborative, multi-agency Family Help Service that builds on the strengths of the Family Safeguarding model.

Position Overview

In this position, you will receive support to pinpoint your areas of specialization and interest, along with access to training designed to enhance your skills in these domains. This commitment to your professional growth includes pathways to advance into roles such as Senior Practitioner, Consultant Social Worker, and Lead Child Protection Practitioner.

Our Commitment

We strive to create an environment conducive to your success, with manageable caseloads averaging 12 children, robust managerial support, streamlined paperwork, and advanced technologies. All social workers will benefit from training in Systemic Family Practice.

Wellbeing is central to our mission. We provide specialized clinical supervision, a 9-day fortnight to support your work/life balance, flexible working options, and access to employee assistance and therapeutic support when necessary. We aim to make social work a sustainable and rewarding career.

Salary Range: £42,403 - £47,420 (Retention Payments available after 2 years, with increases at 4 and 6 years)
