Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make improvements as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.37 + paid breaks
- 42 hours per week, with 3 on/3 off shift patterns
- NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential for this role
- At least 12 months experience of being a Deputy Manager / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is required
