Job Type: Temporary Full-time
Location: Remote (with occasional office visits)
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, flexible schedule
Salary: £48,000 - £48,750 per annum (pro rata)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Health and Safety Officer to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Health and Safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, company procedures, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Advise and report on compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Conduct investigations into safety incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Implement policies related to health and safety, including training and awareness programs.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in a health and safety role, preferably in property maintenance or construction.
- Full current driving licence with own transport to travel between sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
