Join Our Team as a Catering Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Catering Assistant at Starbucks, Sparsholt College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages to order, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including the front and back of house areas.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Operate the till and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve light food items, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of customer service and outlet operation.
  • Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and tidy condition, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • DBS clearance required.
