Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in contemporary model-based engineering techniques and tools.
- Experience in systems architecture modelling with platforms such as Rhapsody IBM and Matlab Simulink.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge in specialized fields including mechanical, electrical, software, ILS, HF, control, and analysis.
- Possession of a relevant engineering degree along with practical experience.
- A willingness to broaden expertise in Digital Engineering concepts, including Model-Based Engineering, Digital Threads, Digital Twins, and the Authoritative Source of Truth.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 (Dependent on Experience)
- Annual Bonus: Approximately £2,500 per year - Pro-Rata
- Annual Salary Review: Performance-based increases, with potential up to 6.5% in 2023
- Overtime Pay: Flat rate for weekdays and 1.25x for weekends, available after the standard 38-hour workweek
- Flexible Leave: Up to 15 additional days of leave per year based on extra hours worked
- Pension Scheme: 14% total contribution (6% employee, 8% employer)
- Annual Leave: 25 days plus public holidays
