Job Title: Communications Systems Engineer

We are seeking a talented Communications Systems Engineer to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our Data Link Systems department, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge Radio Frequency (RF) based missile communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements engineering for RF communication systems
  • System design and development for missile communication systems
  • Performance modelling and testing of RF communication systems
  • Researching novel techniques for next generation communication systems
  • Electronic warfare and missile survivability through stealth and electromagnetic modelling
  • DSP, waveform design & message protocol using the OSI model
  • Software defined radio and system integration
