Position Overview

At COMO Metropolitan London, an urban sanctuary that redefines traditional hospitality, we are seeking a dedicated Doorman. This property features 144 guest rooms and 19 private residences, all situated in the vibrant heart of Mayfair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all arriving guests, ensuring special attention to returning patrons and VIPs, while managing their luggage and escorting them to the Front Desk.
  • Assist departing guests with their luggage and coordinate with various departments to facilitate travel arrangements.

Deliver a consistently friendly, efficient, and attentive service throughout the guests' stay, adhering to company standards.

  • Park vehicles for hotel guests and diners at Nobu London, following the hotel’s charging procedures and accurately documenting the information.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in 4 or 5-star hotel environments.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • A proactive mindset with a self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to maintain composure under pressure while focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • A collaborative spirit and flexibility in task execution.
  • Familiarity with London and its surroundings to assist guests effectively.
