About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellbeing Programme Manager to join our team at Computacenter AG & Co. oHG. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in driving our wellbeing strategy forward and ensuring our employees are engaged and thriving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement wellbeing programmes and activities that promote employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Manage our wellbeing calendar of events and awareness days, ensuring a joined-up and collaborative approach to wellbeing initiatives
  • Work closely with internal employee networks and external partners to deliver wellbeing-related programmes
  • Establish and lead relationships with external agencies to drive wellbeing initiatives forward
  • Run internal wellbeing workshops and share best practice with international wellbeing colleagues
  • Manage the Mental Health First Aider programme, working closely with our partner MIND
  • Conduct and analyse wellbeing surveys, working closely with our People Advisory and People Analytics teams
  • Maintain the content of our wellbeing intranet site

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar wellbeing role, with a proven track record of delivering successful wellbeing programmes
  • Keen interest in employee wellbeing and a self-starter, proactive nature
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to track, understand and interpret data and trends to drive real change
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
