Position Overview:
We collaborate with prominent brands to elevate customer service experiences. We are seeking Collections Advisors to manage customer interactions regarding outstanding debts on both active and closed accounts. Your role will involve negotiating payment arrangements and resolving customer complaints.

  • Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Enhance collections performance while adhering to credit management protocols.
  • Achieve departmental and individual performance targets.
  • Receive comprehensive paid training on call management and operational systems.
