Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at LSH AUTO in Macclesfield. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, profit targets, and activity levels as required for the role.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored sales solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise to achieve collective sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a sales role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • A valid UK driving license and a clean driving record.
