About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Accounts Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of accounting functions.
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Experience in accounts preparation and review.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
