Position Overview

We are in search of a highly driven and meticulous Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role will assist in recruitment, onboarding, and administrative functions aimed at attracting and retaining top talent across various regions. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or actively pursuing certification, showcasing a commitment to professional growth in the HR sector.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Aid in the execution of recruitment strategies to draw in high-caliber candidates.
  • Help maintain a pool of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing efforts.
  • Conduct reference checks and background investigations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience that aligns with the company's customer-centric philosophy throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and assist in generating regular reports on hiring progress.

Onboarding:

  • Assist in the execution of the onboarding program for new employees.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Collect feedback from new hires to continuously enhance the onboarding process.
  • Keep accurate and current onboarding records.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage pre-prepared HR documents for signatures, such as job offers and employment contracts.
  • Assist in maintaining the policy repository and monitoring review dates.
  • Support various HR processes, including the administration of documents for performance evaluations, training programs, and career advancement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified or currently pursuing CIPD certification.
  • Some experience in HR administration and recruitment.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
