At Capability Scotland, we're committed to delivering high-quality services that empower disabled individuals to achieve their goals. We're seeking a dedicated Community Living Assistant to join our team in Dundee.

About the Role

As a Community Living Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and adults with complex disabilities in our accessible hub setting. Your day will be filled with helping our customers with personal care, dressing, medication, mealtimes, and participating in their chosen activities. You'll also support our customers in their own homes and community, assisting with daily living routines, care needs, and facilitating their attendance at school, college, appointments, and social events.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £24,401.00 FTE / £12.00 ph (dependent on qualifications and length of service)
  • Generous night shift rates
  • A fully funded SVQ qualification
  • Flexible rotas and 32 days' holiday per year (increasing to 37 with service)
