Business Development / Sales Executive

We are a dynamic player in the Events and Entertainment Industry offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Business Development / Sales Executive to join our team on a basic uncapped Commission basis. This position is for a self-employed freelance person.

Overview:
Pastiche Worldwide is a multi-award winning event and entertainment company based in Wakefield, Yorkshire. Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a dynamic Business Development / Sales Executive. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and be a key player in the success of our company.

The Role:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Contact potential new clients by email, telephone, and attend client meetings. Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to tailor sales strategies. Present quotes to potential clients and negotiate contracts. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer preferences. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to close deals successfully. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve sales goals. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Although not essential, it is advantageous if you have a passion or genuine interest within the entertainment and event industry.
