Job Title: Digital Insight Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Digital Insight Analyst based in Birmingham with flexible working options. The role is permanent and offers a competitive salary of c.£55K, along with excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track guest behavior, e-CRM programme performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Apply statistical methods to analyze data, validate assumptions, and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced visualization techniques and tools like Plotly to create interactive and dynamic data visualizations.
  • Present data insights in a clear and concise manner, making complex information easily understandable.
  • Analyze multi-channel data sources to deepen customer behavior understanding and identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Data Analyst and Data & Analytics Manager to maintain relationships with external agencies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and strong analytical skills with a consumer insight focus.
  • Highly numerate and up-to-date with the latest digital and data innovation trends.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and dashboard creation, particularly with Power BI or alternatives like Tableau, QlikView, or Cognos BI.
  • Advanced SQL querying skills for data extraction, manipulation, and modeling, with experience in SQL-based platforms like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing solutions like Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake.
  • Ability to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that meet business needs.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analytics and automation tasks, enhancing data processing and analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex data insights and support large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills using data-driven approaches.
