About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our residential service in Norton Fitzwarren. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Our service is an old farmhouse with large grounds, providing a welcoming and friendly environment. You will be working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people, teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging them to access their local communities.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference to someone's life and helping them grow in confidence and independence. You will be enhancing the lives of the people we support by providing person-centred care and support, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach, with experience working with individuals with Huntingdon's, complex care needs, and acquired brain injury. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with individuals and their families.
