Key Responsibilities- Assist in carrying out physical management programmes in line with care plans as directed by the Physiotherapist.
- Liaise with staff members and other professionals to ensure the aids, adaptations, and equipment used meet health and safety guidelines.
- Advocate for the individuals we support when attending clinics alongside them.
- Lead and encourage support workers to understand their role during physio sessions and promote their learning and understanding.
- Previous experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities.
- Working knowledge of current legislation.
- Relevant qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.17.
- Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.
