About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Distribution Specialist to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for supporting site-based activities, commissioning, modification, and maintenance of electrical distribution equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, commissioning, and assist maintenance teams in ensuring the smooth operation of electrical distribution equipment.
  • Carry out site risk assessments and complete LOTO documents to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Install and maintain electrical distribution equipment, including ASCO, ATS switches, and EV chargers.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve electrical distribution equipment issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical distribution equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
  • Hold a full driving license and passport.
  • Demonstrate appropriate underpinning knowledge in the form of academic qualifications.
  • Be well-grounded in the principles and application of electrical safety from the risks associated with live LV/HV networks.
  • Be willing to work across the UK&I, which will involve working away from home.
