Competitive hourly compensation: £26.13

This role is designed to provide maternity cover for a duration of 9 months.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 13:00

This position presents a remarkable opportunity to engage in a newly established, innovative service dedicated to early intervention during critical early days. The Assistant Team Manager will play a vital role in supporting the Team Leader in overseeing, coordinating, and enhancing a high-quality intervention service tailored to assist families experiencing challenges with young children. This involves collaborating with parents, caregivers, and various professionals to ensure that the services provided are effective in meeting the needs of families and optimizing the potential of both children and their families, all while adhering to professional standards and Council policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Team Leader in the management and coordination of a high-quality intervention service.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure services are tailored to meet specific needs.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and Council policies throughout service delivery.
- Facilitate the development of services that maximize the potential of children and their families.
