Reception Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception Team Leader at Leeds Bradford Airport. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for managing a team of drivers, overseeing the movement of vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor team performance, vehicle movements, and key security.
  • Carry out audit requirements and maintain high standards of reception.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal support services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and reception duties as required.
  • Move vehicles to various car parks as needed, ensuring careful handling and noting any damage or issues.
  • Check in customers using the pre-book system and allocate vehicles to the correct parking spot.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work early morning, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance and collaboratively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Full, clean UK driving license is necessary, with any driving experience considered an advantage.
