Job Title: Project Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our client's team in Cambridge. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, working closely with the design team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • ARB registered.
  • Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the architectural sector.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
