About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Project Surveyor to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of various programs across multiple core areas, ensuring our properties are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts and chair regular progress meetings to ensure program quality, design, and costs are met.
  • Provide advice on program quality, design, and costs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with various teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive compliance and risk management across the organization.
Requirements
  • HNC or CIOB in Building or Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in maintenance management and/or construction management.
  • Demonstrable track record working in Compliance Management within a Social Housing environment.
  • Knowledge of contract management and budgetary constraints.
  • Ability to drive and access to a vehicle for business use.
