Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Net Zero People. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our executive staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties, including:

  • Financial Administration: You will be responsible for managing our financial records, including invoicing, expense tracking, and accounts payable.
  • Office Management: You will be responsible for maintaining our office environment, including ordering supplies, managing our calendar, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for our team, responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
