About the Role

PFC Careers Limited is delighted to be working with a family-run established main contractor in the Perth region to recruit an Assistant Estimator or Assistant Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity to get in with a very well-run business that has a very low turnover of staff and is big on bringing employees through the company.

The company in question focuses on new build and refurbishment projects up to about £3m in value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing projects and working closely with the senior management team
  • Reporting directly to senior management on a daily basis
  • Working on both estimating and quantity surveying tasks

The ideal candidate will have some experience in pricing projects, but the client is willing to look at candidates from a quantity surveying background who are looking to get more involved in estimating.
