Estimator/surveyor

**Job description**

We are seeking a skilled Estimator/Surveyor to join our busy team working on projects throughout Scotland.

Knowledge of all types of industrial doors including roller shutters, sectional doors, high speed doors, personnel doors, dock levellers and dock shelters is essential.

As an integral part of our team, your role is to survey, estimate and manage new commercial installations, servicing and repairs. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to company progression and strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage contract compliance and performance
- Monitor contract progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and related correspondence
- Carry out site surveys and issue estimates to potential clients
- Day to day management of site engineers and teams

**Experience**:

- Proven track record in the industrial door industry
- Possess a keen understanding of associated construction trades and the ability to adapt designs as needed.
- Great communication and client relationship skills.
- Attention to detail.
- A drive to deliver high-quality work for our clients
- Confident in IT systems

The role would ideally suit an experienced industrial door engineer looking to further their career in management.

Location: Perth

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 07.30-4.45 Fri 07.30-4.30

- surveying: 2 years (required)
- industrial door installation: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- IPAF (preferred)
- CSCS card (preferred)
