Role Overview:
As a Booking Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our sales team, overseeing hotel reservations through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include managing bookings, providing accurate pricing information, and delivering detailed descriptions of our accommodations and amenities.
You will ensure that all inquiries are addressed promptly and that guest emails are responded to in a timely manner, aiming to exceed every guest's expectations.
You will be knowledgeable about our sales promotions, packages, and incentives, ensuring that we optimize revenue opportunities at every turn.
Key Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in technology to effectively manage our reservation systems and room assignments;
- Strong communication skills with a good command of English, both written and verbal;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a positive attitude and a passion for being busy;
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but we prioritize your enthusiasm for outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
