Role Overview:

As a Booking Coordinator, you will play a vital role within our sales team, overseeing hotel reservations through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include managing bookings, providing pricing information, and delivering detailed descriptions of our accommodations and amenities.

You will ensure timely follow-ups on all inquiries and respond to guest emails efficiently, striving to meet and exceed every guest's expectations.

You will be knowledgeable about our sales incentives, packages, and promotions, aiming to maximize revenue opportunities at every turn.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in technology to navigate our reservation systems and room allocations;
• Strong communication abilities in English, both written and verbal;
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a proactive attitude and a passion for a bustling workplace;
