Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Bank as Dementia Care Support Workers. You will play a vital role in providing compassionate and person-centered care to patients with dementia, working alongside our experienced Admiral Nurse-led Dementia Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering personalized care tailored to the needs of individuals living with dementia.
  • Communicating effectively and empathetically with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive environment for patients and their loved ones.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in dementia care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in sensitive situations.
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with dementia and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
