As our Creative Copy Specialist, you will collaborate with the Marketing and Channel teams to craft compelling and on-brand content. Your role will involve adapting existing materials and generating new copy that aligns with our brand standards while enhancing the storytelling of Bicester Village to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive copywriting assistance across Bicester Village, managing requests and briefs while proactively establishing consistent copy strategies for various channels. Serve as a resource to elevate the quality of English copy across platforms, guiding teams to adhere to best practices and maintain website governance principles, ensuring a unified brand message across digital, social, and paid media. Develop copy that adheres to our brand and campaign guidelines, while also addressing the specific needs of Bicester Village and its target audience across print, digital, website, social, and CRM. Translate and refine the tone of voice of the Bicester Collection brand at the Bicester Village level.

Proficiency in content management systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong skills or qualifications in crafting high-end digital copy, along with experience in sub-editing (English). Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively. Capability to align with the brand's tone of voice and adhere to a style guide. Resilience under pressure and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. A keen eye for detail. Robust analytical skills.
