We are looking for a Creative Brand Producer to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Brand Creative, this role presents a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the development of impactful and contemporary creative narratives. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of film and photographic projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual content that resonates with our brand's vision and enhances our corporate image across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of film and photographic production, from initial planning to final edits.
  • Create and manage production schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure necessary resources for production.
  • Work closely with the brand creative, marketing, and communications teams to align visual content with the company's brand identity and messaging.
  • Provide creative insights and feedback during the development of concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, production companies, photographers, videographers, editors, and other creative professionals.
  • Ensure all partners and suppliers adhere to the company's quality standards and project specifications.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and performance evaluations for all external collaborators in coordination with procurement.
  • Guarantee that all visual content meets the highest quality standards and complies with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all production deliverables, offering feedback and making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Handle all logistical elements of production, including scheduling, transportation, risk assessments, permits, and accommodations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all production activities.
  • Develop and implement health and safety protocols for all production endeavors.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and partners.
  • Oversee the editing, color grading, sound design, and other post-production processes to ensure the final product is polished and professional.
  • Manage the storage, organization, and archiving of all production assets and files.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in film and photographic production within the automotive and/or luxury sectors.
  • Strong grasp of the significance of brand management and storytelling.
  • Proficient in supplier and partner management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.
