Role Overview

We are seeking a FP&A Business Partner to contribute to our ambitious growth trajectory. This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and will be integral to our RevOps function, facilitating collaboration between sales and finance teams. You will work closely with both the CRO and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure our financial strategies align with our overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Forecasting: Oversee and refine the sales forecasting process, enhancing the existing model and exploring alternative methodologies.
  • Financial Planning: Create and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
  • Commercial Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to address their financial needs and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with engineering and sales to develop pricing strategies based on thorough financial analysis.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct financial analyses and projects as needed to support strategic initiatives.
  • Strategic Support: Assist in evaluating business strategies and play a supporting role in any future fundraising efforts.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems for greater accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience with a major accounting or professional services firm is beneficial.
