Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at CFP Jobs. As a Financial Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning and investment advice to clients, cultivating and maintaining ongoing relationships, and planning and implementing annual business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality financial planning and investment advice to clients
  • Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with clients through regular reviews and communication
  • Plan, implement, and execute annual business plans to acquire new clients and grow initial revenues and cumulative assets under management
  • Ensure all periodic client reviews are completed in line with client expectations and changing circumstances
  • Remain compliant with business quality assurance, continuing professional development, and maintaining SPS

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent Level 4, and having or working towards Chartered status
  • Ideal experience in pension transfer
  • Excellent relationship developer through networking, leveraging existing contacts, referrals, and incremental business from existing clients
  • Ability to deliver a holistic client financial planning experience
  • Highly motivated self-starter and strong team player
