Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Attivo Group. As a key member of our Financial Planning team, you will provide administrative support to our Associate Directors and Financial Planners, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our client management systems, ensuring all relevant information is recorded and easily accessible.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Financial Planning team, including meeting preparation, client inquiries, and data entry.
  • Maintain our CRM system, ensuring all Financial Planners are updated on the progress of business in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of clients, including updating CRM, informing providers, and adding or removing fees.
  • Support the Financial Planning team in meeting their objectives and delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting a Financial Advisor or Planner, preferably in a Financial Planning firm.
  • Financial Planning qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
