About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to join our team as a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in the delivery of care services
  • Lead by example and inspire a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care
  • Monitor standards through regular audits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop and deliver strategies to achieve care goals

About You:

  • Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration
  • Teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification
  • Experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management, and supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship
