Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and management to our registered nurses and care teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality clinical service for our patients, ensuring that our clinical practice is consistent with autonomous practice within the role.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership and management, with experience in coaching, line managing, and developing clinician staff. You will be responsible for chairing and facilitating specific healthcare meetings with the team and different partners, providing clinical supervision, and carrying out investigations locally and for the wider region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and management to our registered nurses and care teams
  • Coach, line manage, and develop clinician staff
  • Chair and facilitate specific healthcare meetings with the team and different partners
  • Provide clinical supervision and carry out investigations locally and for the wider region
  • Support and contribute to undertaking audits and governance
  • Contribute to developing and reviewing clinical/non-clinical Local Operating Protocols for the site
