Job Title: Apprentice Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Apprentice Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the Telesales Manager in leading and implementing the domestic sales growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Telesales Manager in leading and implementing the domestic sales growth strategy.
  • Take responsibility for a data set of lapsed customers to win back and promote additional services.
  • Grow and develop new customer base in areas of low penetration.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain existing customer base into new areas.
  • Complete the apprenticeship training programme with Learning Skills Partnership.
  • Comply with Group H&S policies and behaviours.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively deal with telephone and email enquiries.
  • Maintains and inspires a results-driven approach, focuses on results and critical performance indicators.
  • Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective organisational skills.
