About the Role

As a Telesales Executive, you'll play a key role in helping businesses make informed decisions about their energy needs. You'll be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients, establishing long-term relationships, and driving cost savings and environmental impact reductions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a personal portfolio of clients, establishing long-term relationships as their trusted energy adviser.
  • Help clients make informed decisions, driving both cost savings and environmental impact reductions.
  • Play a key role in growing our client base through proactive outreach.
Requirements
  • B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • High motivation and ability to make around 100-120 calls per day.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, plus an additional £5,000 guaranteed commission in your first few months to help build your pipeline. With an uncapped OTE of £55,000, the sky's the limit once you're established.

This is a full-time office role, based in Fareham, Hampshire. Hours are 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM on Fridays.
