Workshop Recruitment is seeking a talented Sales Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Segensworth, Fareham. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing new customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Telesales Manager in leading and implementing the domestic sales growth strategy.
  • Take ownership of a data set of lapsed customers to win back and promote additional services.
  • Grow and develop new customer base through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction levels are maintained through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Complete the apprenticeship training programme with Learning Skills Partnership.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle telephone and email enquiries.
  • A results-driven approach, focusing on key performance indicators and driving business growth.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and proactively suggest solutions.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.

Due to the location, own transport is highly desirable. Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
