Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
- Provide domestic support, including apartment cleans and housekeeping duties.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
- Help residents with their shopping and daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the UK Health and Social Care sector.
- Warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
