Job Title: Registered Manager

Monarch Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team at Haddon House Nursing Home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care to residents.
  • Conduct assessments of residents to identify their needs and develop, implement, and review care plans.
  • Ensure the nursing home complies with all relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Oversee and maintain budgets, complete governance and management reports, and communicate effectively with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement improvements to drive continuous learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle for client assessments and training.
  • Competitive salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • Bonus scheme, contributory pension, and meals provided on duty.
  • 6 weeks annual leave plus statutory bank holidays.
  • On-site parking and ongoing input and support from our Senior Management team.
