We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable care home in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' needs and develop personalized care plans to enhance their quality of life
  • Champion independence and personal choice, promoting a positive resident experience
  • Oversee medicine management, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, identifying and mitigating risks proactively
Requirements:
  • Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Excellent clinical skills and experience in nursing
  • Ability to write comprehensive care plans and communicate effectively
  • Empathy and warmth in interacting with residents and colleagues
  • Ability to perform general nursing tasks, such as Peg feeding and wound care
