We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team at a well-established, independent dental practice in Brimington.
About the Role:The successful candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring the highest standards of treatment and patient satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment, management, and preventative services.
- Performing routine dental examinations, fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, and other dental procedures.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical histories.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative dental care.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with NHS regulations and guidelines.
- Working collaboratively with the dental team, including dental hygienists, dental nurses, and support staff.
- Staying up to date with advancements in dental technology and techniques through ongoing professional development.
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Providing exceptional patient care with a focus on building long-term patient relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent).
- Full registration with the GDC.
- A valid NHS Performer Number (ideal).
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuing professional development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to dental care.
