We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess residents' needs and develop personalized care plans to enhance their quality of life
- Champion independence and personal choice, promoting a positive resident experience
- Oversee medicine management, ensuring safe and effective administration
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, adhering to best practice guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Excellent clinical skills and experience in dementia care
- Ability to write comprehensive care plans and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
- Empathy and warmth, with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to perform general nursing tasks, such as peg feeding and wound care
- Competitive salary of up to £39,696.80 per annum
