Residential Property Administration Manager

Exec Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Administration Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Conveyancing Administration, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of administration professionals to provide exceptional support to Fee Earners and clients
- Develop and implement effective processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
- Recruit and select high-calibre team members to join the administration team
- Prepare and present reports and data to departmental meetings
- Manage the billing process and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the Head of Department
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of transaction documentation
- Liaise with clients, agents, and lenders to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and standards
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the administration team's performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Conveyancing Administration
- Proven track record of team leadership and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
