Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and data
  • Diary management and scheduling
  • Assistance with complaint processing
  • Preparation of work-in-progress sheets
  • Gathering billing information for fee earners
  • Conducting fee earner administration meetings
  • Leading departmental business development meetings
  • Assistance with incoming calls
  • Supporting the head of department in implementing department-wide projects
  • Conducting audits of internal systems
  • Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting process efficiencies
  • Performing ad hoc assistant duties as needed
